Traceability of the material starts at the moment of storage and includes the processing of the semi-finished products on CNC centres, up to the finished product.
Each die, from the smallest to the largest, is marked with a code. This makes it possible, even years later, to trace back all the processes performed on the die and the batch of raw material used.
Dies and inserts made in this way are scrupulously filed. While standard shapes are coded according to catalogue number, non-standard special shapes are marked with a unique serial number that allows the retrieval of technical data and also an exact subsequent reproduction.
