Inserts for pasta factories and food processing factories are produced entirely in our workshop: a clean and well-organised environment offering the highest level of productivity.
Inside it has been designed to house sophisticated numerical control work centres and create a smooth-flowing production chain: from the arrival of the raw material, to the cutting and drilling for preparation/assembly of the inserts into the pasta dies, through to packing and delivery.
We also have a pilot press for trying out special shapes and shapes made to a drawing.
All of the rooms are equipped with underfloor heating to prevent the creation of dust and reduce energy consumption.
There are also two warehouses: one for raw and semi-processed materials, and one for finished pasta inserts, a stock of items ready for immediate use to ensure orders are cleared as quickly as possible.
