Paolo and Mauro Turconi establish the company in Monte Olimpino (CO), immediately bringing in CNC machines.
We grow and acquire shares of the market in Italy and abroad. We participate in the most important trade fair in our sector in the world: Ipak Ima, which has become an unmissable event for us.
Plans are drawn up for the new production unit, designing it around our real business needs and work processes.
We move to our current premises in Parè (CO). A building of 1,000 m² created with the objective of achieving the highest productivity levels and meeting growing demand from the market.
We start a process of computerization and networking of the CNC machines for real time control and management by the technical office.
We complete the production process that enables us to produce pasta dies and inserts entirely within our own company, from the raw material to the finished and delivered product. This is partly thanks to the virtual design process used and machining performed exclusively with numerical control systems (CNC).
Our dies have been exported out of Italy for some time now: the export market already accounts for 40% of our turnover.
We improve our productivity even more by using equipment purposely designed to optimise work cycles on the CNC work stations.
We acquire a considerable share of the international market: our exports exceed 50% of our production.
The latest generation of the Turconi family joins the company. The sons learn from their fathers and, day by day, contribute their own ideas, motivation and energy to help develop the business.
The international market demands constant attention: a network of 30 dealers covers the demands of an increasingly global market.
We celebrate our 20th anniversary! An anniversary that is an achievement but above all a starting point: we are ready for future challenges.
